Yes! Shaving is safe and recommended between laser sessions. In fact, we require you to shave the treatment area 24 hours before each appointment. However, DO NOT wax, pluck, or thread between sessions — these methods remove the hair follicle that the laser needs to target. Shaving only removes hair above the skin's surface, leaving the follicle intact for laser treatment.

For 24-48 hours after treatment, avoid: Sun exposure and tanning beds, Hot showers, baths, saunas, and steam rooms, Strenuous exercise or sweating, Tight clothing on treated areas, Harsh skincare products (retinoids, acids, exfoliants), Scratching or picking at treated areas. You can resume normal skincare and activities after 48 hours. Always apply SPF 30+ to treated areas when exposed to sun.
