Every treatment includes: comprehensive consultation, personalized treatment plan, premium FDA-approved products, expert injector or technician, post-treatment care instructions, complimentary follow-up appointments, and touch-ups when needed (for injectables within 2 weeks).
Yes! If you find comparable pricing from a licensed, reputable med spa or dermatology practice, we'll match or beat their price. Just bring us written documentation of their pricing and treatment details.
Absolutely! All packages and treatment credits are transferable between our Glendale and Calabasas locations. Your client records are shared across both locations for seamless care.
Yes! We offer multi-syringe filler discounts (10-20%), package deals (15-25% savings), VIP membership (15-20% on all services), seasonal promotions (up to 30% off), and referral credits ($100 per referral).
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, PatientFi and Cherry financing, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
Appointments require 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid $50 fee. Unused package treatments can be refunded within 30 days (minus 10% processing fee). Memberships can be canceled with 30 days notice. $100 deposit required for first-time appointments (applied to treatment).
Prices shown do not include California sales tax (currently 9.5% in Glendale, 9.25% in Calabasas). Tax will be added to your final invoice. Some medical treatments may be tax-exempt — ask during your consultation.
